How large are the inflatables?

Our smallest inflatable is 15 ft X 15 ft.

How much room do I need for each inflatable?

You will need an open area of about 20 ft X 20 ft for our smallest unit.  The area should be relatively flat.

How far can I set the inflatable from an outlet?

Ideally within 75 ft.  If you place it any further you will lose power.  We do rent a generator that can inflate three inflatables for up to four hours on a full tank.

Can I set the inflatable on concrete or asphalt?

Yes.  Sandbags will be used instead of stakes to hold down the inflatable.  However, it is highly recommended that the inflatable is set up on grass whenever possible.

How many individuals can safely bounce at once?

This depends on the weight of each individual and the type of inflatable.  The maximum capacity for the average individual are as follows:

Ages 9 and under: 10

Ages 10 - 12: 8

Ages 13 - 18: 5

Adults: 3

What are my responsibilities as the renter?

There must ALWAYS be someone supervising the inflatable.  Our contract requires that an adult over the age of 21 be present when the inflatable is set up.  We will go over the features and safety instructions with this individual.

Is there a delivery and set up fee?

The delivery fee depends on your distance from 22191.

Can you provide an attendant with the rental?

Definitely!  We can provide an attendant for an hourly rate to supervise the inflatable so that the adults can also have a good time. All attendant requests must be made at the time of reservation.

What do I need to do before delivery of the inflatable?

Check the weather to make any weather related cancellations.  Once we arrive at the destination we do not accept cancellations.  The path and set up area must be cleared prior to our arrival.

What should I do if it starts to rain or if there are 20+ MPH winds?

DO NOT USE THE INFLATABLE IN RAIN OR HIGH WINDS.  Ask all bouncers to calmly and quickly exit the inflatable.  After all individuals have exited, unplug the blower and allow the unit to deflate.    Once the weather has passed, plug the blower back in, allow the unit to fully inflate, and have an adult dry the interior with a towel.  No one should use the unit until it is completely dry.

What is your weather policy?

Weather cancellations can only be decided upon the morning of the rental, due to the ever-changing nature of weather forecasts.  If the local weather is calling for rain or high winds on that day, either party can agree BEFORE delivery, that it will be unsafe to use the inflatable and delivery should be cancelled.  In which case, your deposit will be refunded or applied to another day.  Refunds WILL NOT be provided once the inflatable has been set up.

Additionally, we will cancel all outdoor reservations if the chance of rain is 50% or greater during the time frame of your event.  This is for the safety of our customers and protection of our equipment and staff.  Both parties may mutually agree to change the event window and work around the inclement weather.

How long is a full day rental?

We can deliver as early as 8:00 am and pick up as late as 8:00 pm.

Can I pick up the inflatables myself?

Unfortunately, no.  For safety reasons we are required to put up and take down all inflatables.

Are the inflatables clean?

Yes.  We vacuum and clean all inflatables before delivery.
